New HOA Dues were mailed in June 2023, Due July 1st. $330/yr dues (first raise of dues in 13 years to cover higher landscaping, management, communications, and insurance costs). Contact Tidewater Management with any billing issues.
ARC approval applications are required for all external improvements (i.e. patios, decks, new sidewalks, pavers, new gardens, fences, etc). Approval is not needed for maintenance of existing or previously approved projects (i.e. similar color roof/paint updates, sidewalk, driveway, and lawn repairs, adding 5 or fewer security cameras, replacing mailbox with similar style/color, etc.). You must wait until approval is received to begin work. Contact a BOD member if you have not received a timely decision response or with any questions.
