5/3/12 - New Forms Coming Soon

Expected to launch by the May 8th HOA meeting, some new automated forms will be added to this site to assist with reporting changes to your contact information and anonymously reporting issues with neighborhood bylaw or ARC standards violations, or just making suggestions to the BOD or ARC.

Come back later next week to check these out!

5/1/12 - Water Bills Trickle In

Some residents still have not received water bills since moving in and reporting their title transfer to Baltimore City.  The city provides water service to Baltimore County under a long-term service agreement, however the County assesses resident's sewer usage on their property tax bill based on the water usage readings provided by Baltimore City.  Some residents report having received bills of several hundreds of dollars, so you should follow up Baltimore City first to ensure you are not being overcharged for your water, and if so, contact Baltimore County to ensure you are not overcharged for sewer fees.

4/25/12 - Several Robberies Reported in Perry Hall

An unusually high number of home robberies have taken place recently in the Perry Hall and Kingsville areas.  Forge Reserve residents are reminded to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to Baltimore County Police by dialing 911.  You can decrease your chances of becoming a victim by using an alarm system and advertising the fact that you do.  Always lock your doors and close your windows when not at home.  If home alone, do not answer the front door while leaving a back door or basement door open - crooks often work together to distract victims at the front of the house while another person sneaks in the back door and steals purses, keys, cameras, or laptop computers.

4/18/12  -  Next Forge Reserve Homeowners Association Meeting Announced

The next quarterly Forge Reserve HOA Meeting will take place on Tuesday May 8, 2012 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm in the large meeting room of the Perry Hall Library, just across the street from the Honeygo Blvd. entrance to Jordan Way.  The meeting will start promptly due to the amount of information to be covered.

This business meeting is mandatory for residents of the community and at least one member from each household is expected to attend as we will be covering several major issues including the adoption of new community standards documents that will apply to landscaping and exterior alterations.

NEW:  Draft Version of ARC Standards Documents (PDF)

Please review the draft version of the ARC Standards Document and bring your comments to the May 8th meeting.  We hope to distribute hard copies in advance to residents for review.

3/15/12 - Thanks for Your Cooperation

All HOA members are current on 2012 dues, thanks for your prompt payment.

Remember, as voted on at our last HOA meeting, you will receive a bill due July 1, 2012 for an $150.00 HOA dues as a one time adjustment as we move our billing cycle to July instead of January.  After making your payment this July, you will not be required to make another payment until July 1, 2013 - this will be your regular $300.00 annual assessment.  All future annual bills will be due on July 1st.
