  6. As of July 1 , 2023 the Forge Reserve HOA Dues are $330/per year (first raise of dues in 13 years to cover higher landscaping, management, communications, and insurance costs). Contact Tidewater Management with any billing issues. Late fees will apply in an initial late notice; seriously delinquent dues will be subject to collections action and legal fees by Tidewater Management.

  7. ARC approval applications are required for all external improvements (i.e. patios, decks, new sidewalks, pavers, new gardens, fences, etc). Approval is not needed for maintenance of existing or previously approved projects (i.e. similar color roof/paint updates, sidewalk, driveway, and lawn repairs, adding 5 or fewer security cameras, replacing mailbox with similar style/color, etc.). You must wait until approval is received to begin work. Contact a BOD member if you have not received a timely decision response or with any questions.
