The Architectural Review Committee is now accepting nominations to serve one and two year appointments.   ARC Members review submitted home improvement plans and approve the homeowner's request, deny with an explanation, or they negotiate a compromise with the homeowner that is in the best interest of the community, while still protecting the owner's peaceful enjoyment of their property
