2022 Board of Directors Nominations

Positions Vacant:  All Positions (End of Term: Varies, Jan 2023 Through Jan 2025)


PRESIDENT (2022-2025)
Represents the HOA in the community, works with State and local officials

VICE PRESIDENT (2022-2024)
Calls meetings to order, serves as President in his/her absence

SECRETARY (2022-2023)
Schedules meetings, records/posts minutes and documents, sends mailings

TREASURER (2022-2023)
Establishes and maintains budget, oversees accounts payable/receivable & collection actions

Note: Secretary & Treasurer roles have been a single role in the
past and can be rejoined if only one person runs for either position

BOARD MEMBER-AT-LARGE (2022-2025)
This would be a non-corporation, voting member that would vote only to break a tie among the other BOD members. Duties are limited to BOD and ARC meeting attendance only.
